Our admissions
process

Choosing a school is a major decision. Thank you for considering St Cyprian’s for your daughter’s educational journey. We look forward to getting to know you and your daughter during the application process.

Should you have any queries, please contact the Admissions Office on 021 300 6517 or
via admissions@stcyprians.co.za.

Please note: applications for 2026 and for Grade 8 in 2027 are now closed.

1. Begin the process

Complete the online application form and submit all required supporting documentation. Please do not create an account.

2. Confirmation of application

The Admissions Office will confirm receipt of your application via email once it has been received and processed.

3. Placement on waiting list

Applicants are placed on the relevant grade and entry year waiting list only once all required documentation has been received.

Additional considerations

  • St Cyprian’s School’s key intake years are Grade 000, Grade R and Grade 8. Applications for other grades are limited, as these are not standard points of entry
  • School visits form part of the admissions process and are arranged by the Admissions Office at the appropriate stage in the admissions cycle. Families are invited to visit when a placement may realistically become available, ensuring a meaningful and well-timed experience of the school
  • Should a placement opportunity arise, the Admissions Team will contact you directly to guide you through the next steps
  • Only one application is necessary. Parents/guardians are required to reconfirm their interest annually via email to the Admissions Office for the applicant’s profile to remain active on the waiting list

What pulls you towards St Cyp’s is the energy flowing through the corridors ... the energy of students that enjoy being at a school that allows them to discover who they are on their own terms.”
