This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced voice teacher to join our dynamic team at the St Cyprian’s Music Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced African marimba and African instruments teacher to join our dynamic team at the St Cyprian’s Music Department.
Under the direction of the School Principal, the Director will lead the
development of a vision and effective strategy that champions the
importance and value of a diverse and inclusive school environment.
S/he will lead the development and implementation of proactive diversity,
equity and inclusion initiatives to support the School’s strategic plan.
Minimum requirements:
A Master's degree in sociology, social anthropology, human resource management or change management, or post-secondary education or other related field.
A proven track record performing the duties described above may substitute for the education requirement.
Teaching experience in secondary school or proven experience in working with young people is desirable.
Experience working in an affirmative action and compliance function which involved the duties and principal accountabilities described for the position of Director of Equity and Belonging is an advantage.
Management and supervisory experience are desired.
